Key Tasks & Responsibilities
* Designed and delivered B2B SaaS experiences for FP&A platforms, including dashboards, workflows, reporting, and administrative tools
* Led the creation, ownership, and governance of the Prophix One Design System in Figma to ensure consistency, scalability, and brand alignment across Product and Engineering
* Built and maintained scalable design systems, component libraries, and high-fidelity prototypes using advanced Figma workflows
* Designed AI-assisted UX and adaptive UI patterns, including in-product AI agents for automation, navigation, intelligent assistance, and personalization
* Translated complex financial and enterprise data into clear, actionable dashboards through effective data visualization and visual storytelling
* Defined and communicated design concepts by articulating problems, presenting current and future-state solutions, and recommending usability and experience improvements
* Owned the end-to-end design process from discovery, research, and ideation through delivery, iteration, and optimization
* Conducted user research and validation activities, including stakeholder interviews, usability testing, acceptance testing, and synthesis of findings
* Applied data-driven UX practices by using A/B testing and UX metrics such as task success, NPS, drop-off rates, and time-to-complete to inform design decisions
* Simplified complex enterprise workflows, including multi-step and approval-based business processes
* Collaborated closely with Product, Business, Engineering, and QA teams to deliver effective, high-quality solutions
* Produced rapid UI concepts and polished demos to support sales, onboarding, and executive presentations
* Delivered high-quality design artifacts, including style guides, wireframes, mockups, specifications, prototypes, scenarios, and storyboards
* Supported accessibility initiatives, including preparation of products for accessibility certification
* Worked within Agile/Scrum environments, contributing to iterative delivery and continuous improvement
